Groundstrokes was born in 2006 as a neighborhood tennis coaching program at Brigade Millenium, J.P Nagar, Bangalore. The propelling force for this was an ardent love for tennis and a genuine enthusiasm to spread this love for the sport. Since then, the program has been very well received, and demand so high that a parallel program was setup at L&T South City, Bannerghatta Road in 2009. Currently G

roundstrokes Tennis operates at five locations across Bangalore namely Brigade Gateway (Malleswaram), IISc Gymkhana (Yeshwantpur), Mantri Elegance (Bannerghatta Road), Brigade Gardenia (JP Nagar) and R.M.V Tennis Club (New B.E.L Road). What sets us apart is the hands-on nature of the tennis program where Head Coach is on court with the students for most classes. Groundstrokes is known for training tennis aspirants from all age groups, with a special focus on the kids program. During the program, students are exposed to a variety of drills, games, match plays and mental training required for competitive tournaments. Our philosophy is "Mentoring Champions".
