Today, I want to share with you a story that proves age is just a number.
This is Kanthamani ma’am, 78 years young.

With the encouragement of her son, she decided to step into the gym.

After 8 Months she had a major setback – a fall at home that led to hip replacement surgery. For many, that would have been the end of an active life. But not for her. She resumed her workouts in the gym after the surgery, under the guidance of Arvind Dhondale.

For the last two years, she has been showing up, working out, and pushing her limits. At 78, she is stronger, healthier, and more determined than ever before.

Her journey reminds us that it’s never too late to start, never too late to rebuild, and never too late to take charge of your health.

Kanthamani ma’am is not just exercising for herself – she is inspiring all of us to believe in resilience, discipline, and the power of never giving up.

She proves that courage has no age, strength has no expiry date, and consistency can transform lives.

How to be in a healthy relationship with your body.
1. Respect the fact that the body needs care and maintenance.
2. Understand the body's need for exercise
3. Understand the body's requirement of basic nutrition.

How to set the Goals for body maintenance.
- Set exercise goals
- Create a food plan
- Remember Being Consistently inconsistent is perfectly ok

That's it. Keep it simple.

Today - 54 mins (minus 10 mins)
Drastic Lung Capacity reduction after Covid infection reduced my confidence and created doubts whether I'll be able to get back again. I might not be there yet, but I'll not give it up till I'm there... Training for TCS is on.

Many people are in a similar situation where it is affected the mentally, physically and financially. I would say do not give up. It might take some time, but you can get back on track.

Shilpa Reddy - Knee Surgery to No Surgery

Shilpa Reddy was diagnosed with multiple Grade I/II/III injuries to the ligaments in her knee joint after an MRI on 15/07/2022 (as per the pic). She was suggested to undergo a knee surgery costing 1.5 to 2 lakhs.

She joined the Life Transformation Program from 26/09/2022 and her knee pain was gone after undergoing training for 3 months. An MRI was done on 17/02/2022 which revealed drastic healing (as per the pic).

She thus avoided an unnecessary surgery and I’m happy to have been able to guide her into this Life Transformation.
