As the name suggests, our aim is to enhance your level of fitness through a multi-disciplinary approach. Our classes focus on improving your strength, endurance, flexibility and agility apart from providing nutrition advice. We challenge every level of fitness - whether you are looking to get fit for the first time or push your performance to the next level - and provide you the right motivation.
Our progressive and innovative approach to workouts make the classes fun and at the same time, effective. We have equipment based sessions and no session is ever the same. We conduct the training sessions in 2 places currently
(1) Cubbon Park ( Open for general public )
(2) Prestige South Ridge Apartments ( only for the apartment residents )
The sessions at Cubbon park are held thrice a week
Wednesdays: 6:00 a.m
Saturdays: 7:15 a.m
Sundays: 7:15 a.m
