but then one call becomes three,
lunch becomes “I’ll eat after this,”
and suddenly it’s 5:47 PM, you’re slightly dizzy, deeply irritated, and considering chips as a coping mechanism.

This is also for the busy ones who:
* works through lunch
* has calls at random times
* opens the fridge and gives up
* wants to eat better but does not always have the energy to cook
* needs quick meals that are actually filling, not just “healthy snacks”
