Jawahar Union FC Official page of Jawahar Union Football Club. JUFC is based out of Bangalore and is currently playing in the Bangalore Super Division.

Instagram : Sunday FC is an amateur club based out of Bangalore that was founded in 2004 when a group of football enthusiast decided that they wanted to spend their Sundays playing football. Through the word of mouth there was a drastic increase in the number of talented
amateur footballers that joined the game. Due to the rise in number the games were organized on both Saturday an

d Sunday. Over the course of time the regular members began to feel confident about the ability to take on professional football. The core team managed to find an existing club which was not actively participating in the leagues and tournaments. Jawahar Union, a club that was very well known in the city as it had produced many top players in the city who went on to represent bigger clubs at the national level. The club had been completely disbanded as they were relegated to the lowest division in the league. The team managed to convince the owners and representatives to allow them to play the professional leagues under the banner of Jawahar Union. In less than seven years since taking over the club, Jawahar Union has climbed the rungs of professional football year on year and even reached the heights of playing in the Super Division of Karnataka (Based on various rules this division acts as a feeder to I League 2nd Division).

We played out a thrilling 2-2 draw against MEG & Centre FC!

Chandan Prathap and Zaib Sherief's combination worked for us again as Prathap put Zaib through on goal twice and the forward convincingly converted both chances!
MEG equalised towards the end of each half.

We've picked up 5 points in our first three games, remain unbeaten and would love to keep the momentum going but the remaining matches of the league have been postponed to January! 🤨
