Here comes the First Transformation of 2021.
DURATION: 12 weeks.
CHALLENGES:
Anil sir is a COVID WARRIOR.
Defeating and returning back from Covid he faced few challenges like Less strength, low stamina and low Energy levels.
He never did much of weight training, as he was into cardio workouts.
OBSTACLES FACED BY HIM:
After returning back from Covid, his lifestyle had changed. He had become a little lethargic as he had no much physical activity because of which he had gained lot of Fat and there was no proper Nutrition. So as a result the main Challenge was to Start Weight training and to follow the Proper Nutrition.
NOTE: In this journey NUTRITION played an important role considering the fact that he is a COVID warrior.
CHANGES:
After successfully competing 12 weeks of Transformation Anil Sir has lost about 9 kgs of body fat and gained back the lean muscle mass . His strength and stamina also increased considerably. He feels energetic and healthy after coming back to a normal Healthy lifestyle.
