Here comes the First Transformation of 2021.

DURATION: 12 weeks.

CHALLENGES:
Anil sir is a COVID WARRIOR.
Defeating and returning back from Covid he faced few challenges like Less strength, low stamina and low Energy levels.
He never did much of weight training, as he was into cardio workouts.

OBSTACLES FACED BY HIM:
After returning back from Covid, his lifestyle had changed. He had become a little lethargic as he had no much physical activity because of which he had gained lot of Fat and there was no proper Nutrition. So as a result the main Challenge was to Start Weight training and to follow the Proper Nutrition.

NOTE: In this journey NUTRITION played an important role considering the fact that he is a COVID warrior.

CHANGES:
After successfully competing 12 weeks of Transformation Anil Sir has lost about 9 kgs of body fat and gained back the lean muscle mass . His strength and stamina also increased considerably. He feels energetic and healthy after coming back to a normal Healthy lifestyle.

Starting my year with the first transformation of THE F**T STUDIO in 2021!

He is another example of wrong nutrition and bro-science training. He is been guided by the wrong thing in his past which lead him to gain bad fat and bloated body. And the wonder started when the right training and nutrition pitched in. 12 weeks of hardcore grinding lead him to what he is today! Losing fat is a tricky business. It is a journey no one can prepare you for, where you may hit more highs than lows, you may want to give up midway but the end result is worth it all.

The best part about these real-life transformation stories is the discovery that hitting the gym is not the only option to lose fat.
From eating waffles for cheat meals to sticking to just ghar-ka-khana.

Lockdown has shown many people the tough times to even those who have it all. Harsh*th wasn’t spared from it either, he eventually joined his father’s business in these tough times managing his studies and getting into business during covid times was an added pressure for him. He completely dedicated himself in the business neglecting his own health and ended up gaining lot more weight and eventually he started feeling guilty for worsening his health and the physique (he had represented India for WNBF event in Singapore on September 6th 2019)

However he made up his mind and came back to train even harder this time, he knew what he wanted and training him to achieve his best after his worst phase was challenging task for me too. He’d hunger and determination in his eyes which made me work harder to give him best results.

I am proud and happy that he trusted and came back to train with me.

I’d say almost every person I know has an injury. But for some reason, we don’t usually call them “injuries.”
“I have a knee thing.”
“A bum shoulder.”
“A bad hamstring.”
“A sensitive wrist.”
They’re minor issues that flare up and settle down like an annoying cold or allergy season.

Kushal MG⁩ sir had a “shoulder thing” for years. There wasn’t a single event that created the pain, but rather years and years of pushing his shoulder joint to its limit without identifying or acknowledging the problem.

TREATMENT CURE AND TRANSFORMATION
1. Recognize and understand the problem
2. How are the muscle groups surrounding your injury?
3. What motion of movement causes pain?
4. What can you do before, after, and during work?
5. What can you do while you exercise?

“From depressed diabetic life to fit happy life!”

Read below to know more about the story!

Sanju was my client 2 years ago. She had medical issues like diabetes and other hormonal imbalances. We worked on fixing those issues and cured her of diabetes and normalized her hormone levels.

She was a bit stressed from work and couldn't follow the guidelines and maintain her fitness levels post transformation. Her lifestyle and diet were poor, and after two years she gained weight and was on medication for diabetes again.
She approached us again recently and we decided to get her back to the old form- Fit and healthy. She worked hard giving her time and dedication and followed the diet plan to the point. Within 5 weeks of training her sugar levels become normal and she stopped her diabetes medication. Her harmones were normalized and she started to lose weight and gain substancial muscle. She completed her transformation with 10kg of fat loss and a significant increase in strength. Congratulations for your wonderful transformation. Stay fit, stay healthy, and stay happy!

“In life you always have two options, either walk in the dark or show yourself in the brightness!”

This is the story of a teenager who tried to spoil himself in a very young age! Aditya, today I feel happy and proud seeing the way you have changed your life! The dedication you had for this 12 weeks was amazing, and you earned a space in my heart!

He never had any idea of joining for a transformation and because of the pressure he had from the family he accompanied his brother to join us. And I was amazed seeing the change of interest in him when the program went forward! And that interest changed him from what he was to what he is today! He gained almost 11kgs of lean muscles throughout this program and best part is he is a vegetarian!

Congratulations for giving me a chance to change your life! I’m so so proud of you brother! You are an inspiration for everyone who are spoiling themselves travelling in the wrong path!

I'd like to thank my coach Vijay for my transformation. Also thanks to Saveen sir and entire team at f**t studio for constant support , inspiration & motivation.

I focused on losing fat , preserving & gaining muscle, which were just one of the many benefits that I've reaped from the program.

My internal organ health also improved i.e. my thyroid profile, liver profile, kidney profile improved thanks to Vijay’s good knowledge about right food and supplements to address the issues I had.

Also, I've never felt more alive. The released by the body naturally after each intense session uplifted my mood for entire rest of the day. My increased fitness levels has also boosted my confidence which has helped me in other areas of life too. When you tackle challenges like or endure the that set in after doing as one of the exercises on the , your other tasks from day to day life don't seem challenging at all!

Again, not only did I learn right form for each which most of us don't know, I also learnt about what most of us tend to belive that we know, but don't actually know - eating right and drinking right!

Overall, I'm very happy with my transformation journey and wish to continue pumping iron for the rest of my life 💪💪.

And now a days, when looking at weights I'm about to lift, in my mind I think what 8 times Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman often says, "light weight baby!!!"

Hey guys,

Covid-19 has brought a rough patch to our lives and the lockdown which lasted almost 5 months has changed our lives drastically. Here's my story.

I became super lazy during this lockdown and my only mantra 24/7 was to "Netflix and Chill", with truck loads of junk due to which I gained a lot of Visceral Fat and my weight raised to 103.5 kilos. I became so fat that I didn't even like to click my photographs and felt miserable because my clothes didn't fit me anymore. But, there was light towards the end of the tunnel. After the lockdown was relaxed and the gym reopened, I joined the gym once again and started working out with a proper diet, and this time with double the passion. They say, where there's a will, there's a way, and in my case, I lost 16 kilos. This is just the beginning to my never ending journey. I have set new goals for my body as I never wanted to come down from XXL to M i just wanted to look good naked .after joining the f**t studio I have regained not just my confidence but also my old lifestyle.

For this transformation, positivity and spirit, I thank my coach and **tstudio and the entire team at F**t Studio, Jaynagar.

She had to take many Breaks - Due to Quarrantined on Contact , Fell Sick and couldnot follow 100%Diet for Medical reasons . Reveal: How Fitness Changed His Life

The Crisis: "He always struggled greatly with low self-esteem, clinical depression, mood disorder, and severe fatty liver, as well as alcoholism in the past. These have been exacerbated by working too much, putting too much pressure on himself, not taking care of his health and fitness, along with other external stressors."

The Change: "[Eventually] He became so stressed out, depressed, and chemically imbalanced that He was incapacitated and couldn't get through normal daily activities at his age.

The Cure: When professional medical help wasn't giving Manu the relief he wanted, he started exploring lifestyle changes. "He had to slowly added weight lifting and BODY TRANSFORMATION in his routine under me. This helped to boost his natural endorphin production, which in turn helped his mood." Eventually, he says, the exercise "helped save his life by naturally reducing stress, improving his breathing abilities and patterns, helped him slowly balance his body's chemicals, give him more energy, improve self-esteem, and return his testosterone levels to normal healthy levels." And get his fatty liver stabilised.

(Manu's) Tip: "He has learned the hard way that you need to ask for help when things aren't going well. You need to talk to qualified professionals, get medical support, and not feel ashamed or try to 'tough it out.' It isn't easy, but there is hope and things do get better."

As I said on day 1 that’s my goal for you
