Steps:
> sit-up with underhook into "dogfight" position
> switch the hooking leg (i.e outside leg controls their leg via back-heeling)
> shrug them past if they don't have a whizzer to expose the back
>Switch your hooks again into a twister style hook (even a lockdown will work/make it more secure) >With hands now controlling opponents far leg, fall back on to your butt
>Establish diagonal control on opponent by grabbing his near side arm
>Work up the arm like a rope to eventually get both hooks in and the strangle.
