toward better health, serenity and deeper awareness. At SJSYoga we offer Iyengar style of YOGA and Therapy, through the in-depth study of Asanas (posture) and Pranayama (breath control). Asanas have been structured and categorised so as to allow a beginner to progress surely and safely from basic postures to the most advanced as they gain flexibility, strength and sensitivity in mind, body and spirit. Pranayama teaching focused on prolonging and refining the inhalation and exhalation, which allows the practitioner to control the breath voluntarily.

🌸 Guru Purnima Celebration at Our Institute 🌸
With immense devotion and gratitude, we celebrated Guru Purnima at our institute by offering prayers and seeking the blessings of the Guru. The celebration was filled with devotion, chanting, and heartfelt reverence, reminding us of the invaluable role of the Guru in guiding us towards knowledge, wisdom, and self-realization.
Following the pooja, we visited the Rajarajeshwari Temple to receive the divine blessings of His Holiness Sri Sri Sri Jayendrapuri Mahaswamiji. The celebration concluded with the distribution of prasadam, leaving everyone with a sense of peace, gratitude, and spiritual joy.
We sincerely thank all the teachers, students, family members, and well-wishers who joined us and made this Guru Purnima celebration truly memorable.
