Parkour Thursdays for all fitness levels.
7:00am, 8:30am, 6:00pm, 7:30pm
Parkour is an athletic training discipline or sport in which practitioners (called traceurs) attempt to get from one point to another in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
Climbing, jumping, landing, rolling, vaulting, striding and quadruple movements are practiced as part of Parkour training.
Parkour Freerunning (Intermediate - advanced fitness level)
Sat & Sun 7:30am - 9:00am
Saturdays : Flip(s) + Swing Gainer
Sundays : Backflip + Parkour
