Sleep (needs) is different from person to person:

1. For babies 👶 it should be 12-16 hours.

2. Kids need around 9-12 hours sleep.

3. Adults need around 7-9 hours of sleep.

The range is kept because their are different circumstances in a person life. Some days are super tiring and some are normal. So according the needs changes.
