Throwback to the seminar conducted by our head trainer Rajeev Mp at 24/7 for international women's day on March 6th:)
Considering the city and circumstances we live in, learning how to defend yourself is a better choice than depending on someone else to make us feel safe and secure. Although we should continue to work everyday toward changing this lackadaisical and chauvinistic culture, we must also equipt ourselves for when it fails us.
