This is to bring to everyone’s notice that I recently hired a trainer for my gym (name: Shashwat Panigrahi) . This guy walked into my gym asking for any requirement for a trainer and while talking to him he explained his situation and need of work, I hired him based on his promising attitude. I mentioned that he needs to submit his documents for which he agreed and also submitted incomplete documents, which he told me he would submit once he finish the contract with cult as they have taken his documents .He mentioned that he has about 13 working pending classes to complete his contract with cult Vidyaranyapura. I agreed for that as well and this 13 days never ended as everyday he was working there as well and kept pushing days for which I did not probe. One month completed and I paid him his full agreed salary without deductions and immediately after receiving his salary he sends me a message stating that he won’t continue to work.( when everything was good and everything was provided as per promised to him) I agreed for that as well but only thing I mentioned was he should serve a paid notice period of 15 days till I hire a new trainer, because it was not informed that he want to quit, for which he did not agree.
After asking him the reason for many times his answer was “no he he can’t continue” which is not professional without informing the organisation prior about quitting the job.
There were many taughts in my mind out of no Wer he came joined and suddenly without a clue took his salary and informing to quit.
Out of curiosity I contacted his previous workplace which was mentioned on his documents
Upon enquiring his previous experiences that he submitted, all his experiences seemed fake as his records were not validated by any of his previous owners.
Requesting all gym owners to make a note of this person and please perform all due diligence before hiring any staff ( trainers , front office executives, or house keeping staff), this guy after so much of dramas I felt little suspicious and wanted to make u guys to be aware of any people related like him , I have posted his documents, may be someone in this group may have faced something like this or if someone might get approached in future.
