Get it right.. fixing some simple things in the way you do your crunches can change the way your body works and feels the exercise. It can help relieve pressure from the lower back and neck and engage the core a lot better. A simple fix of non rocking your pelvis when you crunch can make a world of difference. ⭐️ Ofcourse always remember that everything has to be customised and no one size fits all..
