Thank you for being there every day with just the love and guidance I've needed. Everything you've taught me has stuck with me and I'm lucky to have a dad like you. Dad, you have given me the best things in life: Your time, your care, and your love. I am truly grateful to have you in my life.

Update on the reopening

We have all been watching the news and seen the reports regarding Coronavirus which is a rapidly spreading virus now in the US.
• It is spread by droplets- coughing and sneezing.
• It is not known how long the virus can survive on surfaces.
• Additionally we are in the midst of flu season.
• Both illness have symptoms of fever, cough maybe body aches runny nose and sore throat.
•
After reviewing the current information available today we recommend that if you have fever or cough CALL THE OFFICE AND REPORT THE SYMPTOMS. We will call you back with a recommendation. We currently do not have the ability to test for the Coronavirus here.

If you have fever, cough and shortness of breath or confusion go to the nearest emergency room.

The new CoV19 virus seems to be most dangerous to the >54 year old population with chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, COPD, high blood pressure, diabetes or cancer.

Information is changing rapidly that comes from the CDC and Virginia Department of Health. CFM will keep you updated with the latest recommendations as they are available.

Currently if you are sick, stay home and call the office. Everyone should use soap and water to wash hands and wash them frequently. Avoid close contact with people coughing- use the 6 feet rule (no closer than 6 feet). Avoid touching your hands face or mouth.
