Transformation is not a JOKE !!
* Just showing up to the gym will not help you to get transformed
* Just being on diet will not help you to get transformed
* Just jumping around the gym and sweating will not help you to get transformed

You need Discipline, Persistence and Focus to get transformed. Isaac was carrying all these and we made sure it is aligned in the right way. We had regular chat with him (all clients) whenever he slipped from what is required. But, he was epitome of example for other clients when it comes to finishing the workout with utmost discipline and consistency. He earned this !! Congrats Isaac hope you will stick to the process forever !!

It all takes Character to achieve the desired result. You have two option either sit back & Crib or hit the floor & hunt the dream. Reducing the TSH Level from 47.135 to 4.060 is not a Joke. Athlete made sure she sticked to all the inputs and Lifestyle changes we advised her. Again, this should be consistent for next few months and we have huge hope that she will adhere to it !!

Trust the Process is what we said her and she adhered to it.
She started of in last year Christmas but due to multiple medical issue she took break for 2 n half months. She came back and was consistent for 30 days post that she was hit by COVID there was always a wall which was standing tall against her in she reaching the fitness goal. But, post COVID negative report it was challenge for us to start from the scratch again this time we had to work on her cardiovascular issue and hypothyroidism but this time we made sure she is consistent and created a secured process around her. Trust me the workout and diet regime which we created was dead drop hard, she was consistent and disciplined to stick with it.
It’s been only 6 weeks and result we see is Insane. Her lifestyle and the way she thinks about fitness now is completely Changed.
Kindly keep a tap on this space to check how we are going to fix her Hypothyroid issue too.
