A week after the first leadership program at SiMaxTech Pvt Ltd, the organisation arranged for something equally criticalโ€”yet often overlooked.

This time, the focus was on technically strong team leaders and a program on
Assertive Communication, Effective Feedback, and Time Management.

The session wasnโ€™t driven by personal requests or prior expectations. Training wasnโ€™t high on their priority list on a holiday and Expectations were minimal.
