We are delighted to announce our June Month’s Week1 Breath-A-Thon winner🏅.

Nivedita Kulkarni, Dentist by profession shares her extraordinary journey of overcoming her headache, asthama issue, no more depended on medicines and she added a feather in her cap by successfully completing a difficult trek recently.

Pramodini, our recent joinee is stick to her practices and seeing great improvement in climbing stairs. Earlier she used to go breathless, now with practice she is becoming better.

Husna Ara, the rock star of our community overcame her 2 year old insomnia issues and much more. Hats off to her for her dedication towards following practices and setting an example.

Aishwarya shares that breath-A-thon's daily and weekly challenge has made her more disciplined. She is more calm in her day-to-day life.
