Think about this once
How many people in India open up about there mental health.
If they do how will the relative's, friends and family react.
Serious question to be answered.
For fever you rush to a hospital but when it comes to mental health why it's ignored, even if they do come out in open why society especially family friends judge them.
You know why we professional Psychologists hide client data, not even share name ??
But when we go to a hospital all details are shared for minor fever.
No one is taking it seriously ,
Government is least bothered to hear,
Yesterday a celebrity died that's why it's in topic now, than it will vanish in few weeks.
Do you know how many people are unheard and commit su***de or in mental asylum.
Time to change our thinking and prescpective about mental health.
It matters.
Do not demean or bully them or make fun of them, they have something to share, hear them out and send them to a professional.
