Winning and losing… that’s just part of the game.

But what truly interests me isn’t who won.

When I introduced this game to the kids, I didn’t just see players… I saw mindsets.

Some looked at it and immediately said, “Sir, this is impossible.” Some said, “Let’s try once.” And a few stood there with quiet confidence- ready.

Same game. Different thinking.

As a Karate instructor, I always tell them, the real fight is never outside. It’s here. In the belief.

Round after round, they stumbled, adjusted, laughed, tried again. And slowly… the “impossible” started cracking.

By the end, something beautiful happened. Not everyone won the game. But everyone defeated the thought that they couldn’t.

And that, for me, is the real victory.

People think martial arts is either extreme seriousness or pure aggression.
Truth is, it’s focus… with moments of laughter.
It’s structure… with a little spice.
The technique is real.
The sweat is real.
The effort is real.

And yes-sometimes the playlist is unexpected.
Size doesn’t slow you down.
Music doesn’t distract you.
If anything, it shows control.
Because when you can stay sharp, balanced, and precise even when the vibe changes, that’s training.

Karate is not for self-defence 😉
That’s what it looks like when it’s only memorised.

A few years back, the lady in this video came to me for her son’s admission.
She asked if she could join too.

I get many such enquiries, some come, some don’t. No judgement. Life happens.
She stayed. She showed up. She kept practising.

She has come a long way, and there’s still a long way to go.
This video is a testament to her energy, attitude, and dedication and to what karate becomes when it’s practised with intent.

By the way, no sound effects used.
