I am giving up on this account...

I have built it for years..
I have amazing testimonials, comments and loads of love that I have received here...

Through the years, it has become a part of my identity..
To represent to the world, my name and fame..

Also, I might have fallen attached to it, beyond needed...

As I reflect at the end of the year, on what are the things that I can leave back in 2025,
This account is one of the things that came up in my mind...

I have grown out of this account ..

I am not the same person, who wants to keep posting according to what the algorithm expects..

I have grown and transformed.. and so should my account 🤗💖

So, as hard as it might seem, to give up on what you have created and nurtured and grown with so much effort,
I feel that's one expression that shows my true growth!

The time is 1122 as I type this and it was 1111 when I created the above pic. Clearly, the universe is holding my hand through this 🤗💖

I am moving on my other account, which is less adulterated by expectations...

But I delivered both my kids, normal!

My dad who is a living example of
What yoga can do!
I never tell anyone his age,
Cuz it's hard to believe!
Not just his younger looks but
How independent and functional he is! 🧿

I have 1000's of stories
Where Yoga has proved it's magic ✨ 🪄
And I can confidently say,
YOGA IS THE BEST! 😇

I always wanted to teach Yoga,
And that was my father's dream too,
And during my break,
I decided to get certified!

So here I am,

Inhaaaale… and let’s begin again! 🤩

I’m returning earlier than I had planned — and for the best reason!
Those of you who read my last post know why I took a break…

These past months gave me precious time with my kids, and even more precious time with myself — to pause, reflect, and realign. 🌿

As I deepened my bond with cooking, the Universe was busy cooking up a new plan for me! 🤩
And slowly… everything just fell into place.

While I disappeared for 5 months, I was quietly preparing for the next chapter — one I’ve dreamt of for years. ✨

I’m back — but not as a Life Coach this time.
This new venture is lighter, time-friendly, yet deeply heart-filling. 💖

I’m coming back to teach something that has been my constant companion —
🌸 Entered my life in my teens, when I needed it most
