23rd National Para Powerlifting Championship 2025–26, held at COER University, Roorkee, Uttarakhand (16–18 Jan 2026) 🇮🇳

• Mohd Nadeem – +107 kg (Men)
• Nitin Kumar – 65 kg (Boys Junior)

This week has been nothing short of a battle — not just on the court, but within myself.
Fighting through severe sprain in neck .

But somehow… with faith, fire, and your blessings —
1 Gold 🥇 and 2 Silvers 🥈🥈 happened.

Medals are not just metal.
They carry pain, resilience, tears, and silent prayers whispered before every match.
Every step on court was a reminder: You’re stronger than you think.

Now onto the next: Asian Championships 2025 — Women’s Singles Semifinals tomorrow.

Still hurting, but still going.
