My weight loss journey..
18 kgs down after my c-section
✅I am mom, blessed with 1.5 year old baby gal
✅Well I am not back to my pre pregnancy weight yet.
✅ I started my weight loss journey when I was 3 months postpartum ✌️
✅ I was 84 kgs and I started experiencing joint pains bcz of the excessive weight.
✅ I started with walking and progressed to high intensity training..
✅ Started with desi diet progressed to low carb and keto thereafter..
✅And here I m with my results..
✅ I was moderately consistent, (on and off)
✅ I have gone through a lot of changes
✅I have learned lots of things
✅ I am truly happy with my achievements
✅ I am totally the new me.
✅ BUT I will keep pushing forward..

Looking forward to new challenges...

Few Tips to Eat Healthy while Working From Home..💃💃💪🏃 .

Eating healthy is a challenge in general, but being stuck at home is making it worse for many people. After all, temptations abound with some friends working in their dining room or kitchens. The fridge and pantry seem to talk…. 😄“Come see what you can eat!”😄

With less structure in your work schedule, it’s far too easy to access an unlimited supply of food and snacks. This is a recipe for disaster for sure.

Don’t worry, you can overcome these challenges. So how can you eat healthy?
Follow these tips. 😄AVOID WORKING IN OR NEAR YOUR KITCHEN.
✌️STICK TO AN EATING SCHEDULE.
😋TAKE TIME TO ACTUALLY EAT.
😬AVOID GRAZING.
😀HAVE HEALTHY SNACKS READY.
😚DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

It’s a challenging time to adjust to this new normal for the majority of workers in world. In addition to transitioning to work from home, you are likely facing health scares, increased anxiety, and other issues in addition to eating healthy.

People always complain about not having time to exercise...

Balancing multiple roles -- as parent, worker, spouse, volunteer, etc. -- makes it even tougher for some of us. Sometimes it feels like 24 hours is just not enough meaning Fitness gets put on the back burner.

So, I here are some ways to fit exercise into your busy day.

1.We've all heard the benefits of taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Everything you've heard is true.

2.In a sedentary job, take your breaks outdoors and have a brisk, short walk. You'll also improve your concentration and mood.

3.Let little children ride bicycles or tricycles while you jog behind.

4.Get up 15 to 30 minutes earlier than the rest of the family and use this time for a run, a walk, or some stretching and yoga

5.Dance or do aerobics at home. No one is watching, anyway. If you like, include the little ones and turn it into a game.

Hope these little tips will help you to stay fit .
