**Invitation to Yoga Competition**

*EXPLODE version 1* organized by Huura Multi Skill Academy.

We are delighted to invite you to participate in our upcoming Yoga Competition, to be held at Shankara Nagar Indoor Stadium, Bangalore. Please find the details below:

**Date:** August 4th, 2024
**Time:** 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
**Venue:** Shankara Nagar Indoor Stadium, Bangalore

# # # Competition Challenges and Rules

**Challenge 1: Balancing Asanas**
- Hold each pose for 3 minutes, with 1.5 minutes on each side.
- Vrukshasana
- Natarajasana
- Virabhadrasana III
- Chandrasana

**Challenge 2: Surya Namaskar**
- Complete Surya Namaskar with prayer and names of asanas with bijamantras within 8 minutes.

**Challenge 3: Parivritta (Revolved) Poses**
- Ardha Matsyendrasana: 2 minutes, 1 minute on each side.
- Bharadvajasana: 2 minutes, 1 minute on each side.
- Parivritta Parsvakonasana: 2 minutes, 1 minute on each side.

**Challenge 4: Guru Namaskar**
- Perform 6 rounds with prayer.

**Challenge 5: Chandra Namaskar (1 or 2)**
- Perform 6 rounds within 7 minutes.

**Challenge 6: Pranayama (Kapalabhati)**
- Perform Kapalabhati continuously for 15 minutes.

Participants can choose to perform any one asana from the list of asanas in each particular challenge.

1. Asanas must be performed properly and accurately.
2. Variations are allowed.
3. The judge's decision will be final.
4. Fill out the registration form to participate.
5. The last date for registration is August 1st, 5:00 PM.
