This is the true story of how Christopher Harrison created AntiGravity.
As a kid, he kept dreaming he could fly. His mom didn't tell him it was impossible. She said, "Go practice."
So he did. Christopher flipped his way from gymnastics to Broadway to the Olympic stage. In 1991, he founded AntiGravity on a single idea: push down to rise up.
But years of hard landings came with a bill, one he calls the gravity tax. So he reinvented an old tool, the hammock, and found that hanging upside down could help the body recover. That discovery became a method. The method became aerial yoga, now taught in more than fifty countries.
Today the work keeps growing, from teaching people to fly to helping them recover from the landing.
That's the real story behind every hammock, every class, every studio.
