This 8kg weight loss was very challenging for me because she has a problem of osteoarthritis in both the knees and condition was severe.
Doctor suggested her that knee replacement is the only solution of your pain ,Because obesity was the main reason behind this problem So she decided the self care(weight loss ) solution instead of surgery.
At the initial stage we focused on upper limb excercise push ,pull and rotation and modification in the eating habits .
After one month of progress we decided to train lower limb with bend and lift movements and customised diet plans and this was second stage of our transformation
Then Modified HIIT program came into action with special weight loss diets like intermittent fasting ,liquid cycle.
And now she is feeling well ,feets are light and the risk of knee replacement is also not there๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘

He is really a fighter ,he had cancer,he was a serious drug addict,a girl cheated on him,but now he have faith and courage to change himself.
When I started with him ,he was not able to perform 15 reps of biceps curl with 2.5kg dumbbell and after 45 days he is throwing 150lbs tyre ,hitting 20kg hammer and doing continuous running for 40 mins.He will inspire many people who thought that fitness is only about having good physique but it is more than that it can change your life forever ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Keys to get fit at home๐Ÿ 
1.workout at least 1 hour everyday (Best is HIIT and Body weight functional workout)

Obesity during childhood can harm the body in a variety of ways. Children who have obesity are more likely to have: High blood pressure and high cholesterol, which are risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Increased risk of impaired glucose tolerance, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes.
Samarth Bhandari ,who gained weight during lockdown period and has become lethargic because of sedentary lifestyle.
He started his weight loss journey with me in September .
In these 4 months of his journey ,he learned a lot of things like boxing ,diet management and long distance cycling .
In the beginning he was not able to ride 10km continuously but now he can ride upto 50km uphill ,he also completed 3 cycling races in this time period

Giving excuses like I don't have time, I have busy schedule will lead you towards health issues and obesity
