Our four trainers have been carefully selected from many candidates, are certified professionals, and take their responsibilities seriously.

Behind every session is a packed schedule, long hours on the floor and continuous effort to give our members the attention and guidance they deserve.

So, a small request to all our members:

🤝 Respect the trainer who is respecting your journey.

• Please avoid talking loudly while trainers are conducting sessions.
• If you have a question, doubt or need assistance, please ask your trainer — they are always there to help.
• Give them your attention when they are explaining or correcting your technique.
• Your cooperation and respectful communication help us maintain a professional and positive training environment.
