Our quad fit community member .sappa lost 6kgs in 16 weeks and l love how she progressed in her fitness journey.
I remember our first virtual session, she was so confused and the session lasted only for 15 minutes because she felt too dizzy and not strong enough to do a workout, and now her squat PR is 20kgs, and she sent me a video telling me that I want to lift this weight.
I love how her mindset changed about lifting weights and enjoying the whole process.
