Dear Friends, I am so happy and pleased to inform you that we will be upgrading our studio to a unisex studio by introducing our first unisex group fitness class on March 4th with our 7 PM session.With my vast experience in leading both unisex classes in Fitness one as well as ladies only sessions in my own studio,I am now happy to introduce the unisex classes in my own studio as well.Our studio workouts will be beneficial for men who want to learn proper form and techniques of right exercising rather than body building.We need to try to encourage both men and women to take part in group exercise. One reason is that we all need to train every part of our body in order to be healthy and group fitness delivers great total body workouts.This means that we must educate people of both genders on the benefits of group classes. Our studio workouts actively encourages everyone to discover the benefits of group exercise by offering a variety of classes that appeal to a wide range of individual goals and to both men and women.I strongly believe that It’s incredibly important to the industry, and to the health of the nation, that both men and women feel the studio area is inviting and a place where they can rely on getting an effective workout.Our classes vary from Floor aerobics routines with choreography,step aerobics, aero boxing, zumba, bollywood and kollywood routines to strength training with proper form and techniques so that you get to learn the right techniques of exercising rather than just moving the body for physical activity.Please share the word with your friends who would be interested in group fitness classes.Thank you always for your love and support .I hope we have a challenging and enjoyable fitness option for both men and women leading in the right path of health and fitness.
