Thank you for the likes.
Few years back, a story of a couple and 12 year old son.
The discussion was their son never talks to anybody, sometimes even outsiders comment about this behavior.
Two questions: in their mind seeking my resolution.
1. How do I categorize this behavior?
2. The way to resolve.
The conversation began, I showed my appreciations for his suave behavior.
True to this word-suave- which means (especially of a man) charming, confident.
My two questions to him,
1.I want to know the ambition or your Career Goal.
2. How would you reach there!
After a few seconds of modest meditatation, he looked at me eye to eye for the first time, I trust, with a thankful smile and slowly but clearly he opend to my query. he said,
A dream I cherish to reach.
To Be in the Multi-millionaire Club.
A noted and well-accorded entrpreneur.
Drive Merckz in the main streets of Chennai.(Mercedes Benz).
His mother giggled.
His father looked astonished.
requested them that we should see the boy not as a a child but as a man in the making.
Truly he is a man of few words.
Let us hear more from him instead of halting him in his discussion or in his path to attain it. I wish him the best of luck.... so soon we settled to listen more to his Mission of how he would achieve it.
He told me how he would build an empire woven around a ----------------(for confidentiality of the nobleness in the thought, I avoid to complete the blanks).
He simply told me the idea is important, not my dream.
This is the moral of the story. I realised.
We spoke for some fiffteen minutes. I am convinced that he mean business, business to him means idea.
I summarized to the parents.
The strategy was simple.
He would come back from his school.
Sit with his mother.
Narrate his observations of the day.
As he experienced so he will narrate.
Proceed for his tutions or studies.
Spent his private quality time.
To grow and for self-improvement.
This is my earnest request to my fellow parents.
Qualify the nobility of the idea.
Quantify its neccessity.
Support wherever needed.
Achievement through resolve, is for the betterment of the family.
Future aspirations is a reality. Achieving it is our need.
Accept it and guide them wherever needed.
