Jerish is a life style online client of mine. Starting body weight was 64kg. In 8 weeks he came down to 56kg

8kg lost in 8 weeks.

Waistline came down 27 inches in from 33 inches

Future goal is to maintain a lean muscular body with under 15% body fat.

How did he achieve this?
- by following a diet plan around the food that he like to keep the adherence
- full body weight training 3 times/week by considering his busy job schedule.
- Sending weekly check ins and honest feedback in terms of strength, stress,digestion, sleep etc. helps to modify the plan in every week.
- cardio was limited coz he didn’t like to do cardio but he can eat less.so the only option was to reduce weekly calorie budget and adding adequate supplements. ( no PEDs )
- Asking a lot of questions. Whenever he is in doubt, he always asked me what to do.

Transformation journey of regular gym guy to “ MONSTER “✅

Came to me with a dream of becoming a champion in bodybuilding.Unfortunately we couldn’t participate any major competitions but this time we will create history ✅

➡️It took 3 years of consistent training, tailored off - season training,diet and exercise.

Off- season Diet
- training day 3000 cals
- off days 2300 cals

Off - season Training
- push - legs -pull with comfortable exercise ( 6-15 rep range 3-4 sets )
- some drops set here and there to add some variety ( drop sets have nothing to do with hypertrophy, mechanical tension is the key to muscle building)

Weekly check in are monitored in centimetre coz measuring in inches will not be accurate.

Blood work done in every 4 months to compare the baseline and Current status while on PEDs.

Next plan is to hit the contest hard 🔪💥
