RVDC Ball Badminton, Alappuzha

RVDC Ball Badminton, Alappuzha It is one of the oldest Ball Badminton teams in the state of Kerala. Theres a fives court which is 24x12Metres in dimension where the players practice.

The team's training ground is situated in the premises of Rama Varma District Club in the heart of the town. The court is still maintained well by the authorities,and has been a training ground for some of the greats the game has ever seen. Not to mention all, But can't leave out the names of late Mr.Alleppey Sheriff,late Mr.Mohandas and late Mr.Rajagopal who were once icons at the national level.

Still have some old time greats who are very much active playing the game can't leave out the names of Mr.Balaji Rao and Mr. Likhayathullah . The club had contributed a lot to the game and has produced some great talents who have represented the Alappuzha District team in the Kerala State Ball Badminton Championships,Kerala State Team at the National Championships in Sub Junior,Junior and Senior level and also in the State and National School Games, Inter-varsity Tournaments,All Kerala Inter-Poly Games and various other Tournaments. The club still have a few players who plays in the Alleppey District team. Training Time. 4pm-7pm

RVDC:-
This is where the ADBBA(Alappuzha District Ball Badminton Association) is situated. District championships are held every year at this court along with the selections for Kerala State championships. The club also has an Indoor Shuttle Badminton Court,A Clay Tennis Court,a Table Tennis court,multi gymnasium and various other games. Check the web page to find the exact location.

69 -ാംമത് സംസ്ഥാന പുരുഷ / വനിതാ ബോൾ ബാഡ്മിൻ്റൻ ചാമ്പ്യൻഷിപ്പ് 2024 നവം. 28, 29, 30, ഡിസം. 1 തീയതികളിൽ ആലപ്പുഴ , കലവൂർ വോൾഗാ ജം. -നിൽ ഉള്ള സിക്സ് ഗൺസ് സ്പ്പോർട്ട്സ് ഹബ്ബിലെ ടർഫ് കോർട്ടിൽ വെച്ച് നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. കേരളത്തിലെ 14 ജില്ലകളിൽ നിന്നുമായി 280-ൽ പരം കായികതാരങ്ങൾ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന ചാമ്പ്യൻഷിപ്പിലെ മത്സരങ്ങൾ പകലും രാത്രിയിലുമായി നടക്കും.

ആലപ്പുഴ ബോൾ ബാഡ്മിന്റൺ ചരിത്രം പരിശോധിച്ചാൽ കളിയുടെ വൈഭവം കൊണ്ടും അതിനേക്കാളുപരി എങ്ങനെ മികച്ച രീതിയിൽ കളിക്കാം എന്ന് മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് വ്യക്തതയോടെ പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കാനും കഴിവുള്ള ഉസ്താദ് എന്ന് നമ്മളെല്ലാവരും ബഹുമാനത്തോടെ വിളിക്കുന്ന വി സുകുമാരൻ പിള്ള വാർദ്ധക്യസഹജമായ അസുഖം മൂലം നമ്മളെ വിട്ടുപോയി. സംസ്‍കാരം ഇന്ന് 05/08/2024 നു വൈകുന്നേരം 04:00 മണിയ്ക്ക് പാതിരപ്പള്ളിയിലുള്ള വീട്ടുവളപ്പിൽ..
