Kurash is an Uzbek word it means-Reaching the goal with the just or fair way. Kurash rules prohibited any actions on the floor,action is allowed only in standing position. There is no ground work, only throws, leg sweep can be used by players. Any techniques using arm lock, chocking and kicking as will as grip below the belt are strictly prohibited.All its make Kursh simple,friendly, interesting, dynamic and safe sport to practice.
