Nature has always been my favorite place to return to.

Not because it asks anything of me, but because it asks nothing.

Among the trees, the ocean, the mountains, and the open sky,I emember who I am beneath the noise, the deadlines, and the expectations. Nature has a way of healing what words cannot reach, calming what feels unsettled, and reminding me that growth is never rushed.

On World Environment Day, l am grateful for every sunrise that has given me hope, every walk that has given me clarity, and every moment outdoors that has made me feel deeply loved and connected 🧿🩷

StrongFirst Kettlebell Certification!

What a weekend. What a journey. Earning my SFG -1 Certification feels incredibly special not just because of the certification itself, but because of everything that led up to it.

The journey truly has been the prize. A weekend filled with learning, sharing, challenging myself, and connecting with some amazing coaches and passionate individuals who are committed to mastering their craft. Our mentor, Shaun, was
exceptional, and the assistant coaches brought so much knowledge, encouragement, and energy to the experience. What makes this even more meaningful is that it started as a something on my wish list. A simple phone conversation with Minal
planted the seed, and from that moment, I never looked back. Amidst everyday life I stayed focused, committed, and consistent. There were moments of doubt, but there was always a stronger commitment to showing up.

I'm grateful, proud, and excited to have earned this certification. Most importantly,l look forward to bringing these skills into my coaching, helping you move better, get stronger, and continue discovering what you're capable o. And of course, making kettlebell training an even bigger part of my own journey. Here's to lifelong learning, growth, and getting stronger one rep at a time.

I see so many women stuck in the cycle of going all in for a few weeks… and then giving up when the results don’t show up fast enough.

But if you feel like you’re “not there yet” - that’s not failure. That’s the phase most people quit in.

Listen carefully:
The women who eventually transform? They’ve felt the same frustration too. They’ve looked in the mirror and wondered if anything was changing.

The difference is - they kept showing up anyway.

Because real change doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens when you keep going, even when the progress feels slow.

Immense gratitude to you Minal for pushing me, guiding me, and believing in me even on the hard days.

This kettlebell journey is teaching me that strength is built not just with reps, but with support, trust, and consistency. 💛 This journey has helped me change my own narratives and beliefs with each day , each practice .
