GUJARAT STATE SELECTION FOR NATIONAL TEAM CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP-2026

My student Dhyaan Patel secured 2nd place with an impressive score of 6/7, showing excellent consistency and strong competitive spirit throughout the tournament.

Viaan Samir Makhani finished 3rd place with 6/7 points, delivering sharp tactical play and great determination in a tough field.

Aarav Arpit Shah claimed 4th place with 5.5/7 points, demonstrating solid positional understanding and fighting chess across all rounds.

All these talented players had qualified for the National Team Chess Championship 2026 in Chhattisgarh.

Another Wonder by my little Wonderful student, Dhyaan Patel has scored 8.5/9 points, gained 140 Rating points in National Inter school 2025 and clinched the title in U-11 boys Category.

Moreover, recently in Karnavati Fide rating chess tournament he has scored 7.5/9 Points and gained another 123 ELO Rating points. His seeding was 48th and stood 5th in the fide rating event.

My student, Anadkat Kartavya has won the All India Open Shantikumarji Firodia Classical Fide Rating Chess Tournament, held from November 2 to November 9, 2025, in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.

Kartavya, representing Gujarat, finished first with 8.5 out of 9 points, securing the top rank out of 165 participants. He gained 32 ELO rating points and achieved a performance rating of 2332 during his impressive unbeaten run.

Proud moment for Apex Chess Academy!

Congratulations on Kiyanna Parihaar's outstanding performance at the Commonwealth Chess Championship 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her results are truly exceptional and have contributed to her remarkable career.

My student, Kiyanna has the distinct honour of being the:

First-ever Women Candidate Master (WCM) from Rajasthan, India.

At the Commonwealth Chess Championship, she achieved the following notable results:

Blitz U-10 Girls Category: Secured the Gold Medal.

Classical U-10 Girls Category: Secured the Bronze Medal, scoring 7 out of 9 points.

ELO Rating: Gained 27 ELO rating points in Blitz event.

These accomplishments were in the Under-10 Girls division, highlighting her status as a leading prodigy. Her success has not only added to her impressive international medal tally to 10 but also brought immense pride to her home state of Rajasthan.

My Student, Viaan Makhani has scored 7/9 points and gained 115 ELO Rating points in the Rifle Club Fide Rating chess tournament 2025. Also in Delhi GM, he has gained another 135 Rating Points.

My Student, Vihan Parikh has scored 6/9 points and gained 45 ELO Rating points in the 8th Grandeur Fide Rating chess tournament 2025. In the Rifle Club Fide Rating chess tournament 2025, He has scored 7/9 9 points and gained 68 ELO Rating points.

State and National level Medals

My Student, Margi Chudasama has scored 5/6 points and gained 40 ELO Rating Points and secured Board Prize in Woman team National chess championship 2025.

My Student, Sambhav Setiya has scored 6.5/7 points, remains unbeaten and clinched the title in the most prestigious senior Haryana state chess championship 2025. Also in Delhi GM and in Aurionpro GM Chess Tournament , he has gained 129 and 93 ELo Rating Points respectively.

My Student, Maharth Godhani has scored 6/7 points, remains unbeaten and secured 2nd Rank in the SGFI U-17 Boys Gujarat State chess tournament.

In the same event my another student, Aarav Jain has also scored 6/7 points, remains unbeaten and secured 3rd Rank in the SGFI U-17 Boys Gujarat State chess tournament.

My Student, Ruhani Asudani has scored 6.5/7 points, remains unbeaten and clinched the title in the SGFI U-17 Girls Gujarat State chess tournament. Also in Delhi GM, She has gained 81 Rating Points.

In the same event my another student, Aadhya Bhavsar has also scored 6/7 points and secured 3rd Rank in the SGFI U-17 Girls Gujarat State chess tournament.

My Student, Maharth Godhani has scored 6/7 points, remains unbeaten and secured 2nd Rank in the U-19 Boys Gujarat State chess tournament 2025.

My Student, Megh Parmar has scored 6/7 points, remains unbeaten and secured 3rd Rank in the U-19 Boys Gujarat State chess tournament 2025.
