Strength - muscles ability to lift, push or pull any object
Maximum Strength - muscles ability to lift, push or pull maximum load (load which can done for one count only)
Explosive Strength - it is a combination of speed and strength, first speed and then strength for eg jump and throws)
Power - it is also a combination of speed and strength but here strength first and then speed for example weight lifting, and wrestling
