Live Love Pilates Zichron Yakov Israel We offer interval training classes, studio/pool, with a strong focus on Pilates based excersizes to Being an athlete, while being a Mom is not simple.

After each birth I needed to relearn my body. Studying Pilates taught me how to regain core control while doing daily activities such as lifting my babies. Pilates taught me how to understand my body in all the various sports that I do. Core control and balance are crucial for surfing, tennis ect.. Therefore Pilates became one of my passions in understanding how to live life to the fullest without

injuries and pain. All of my classes have a strong Pilates based focus but are unique to the individual clients needs. Rehabilitation and weight loss are my speciality. Live, Love Pilates sums it all up!
