Like all of our chainrings it is precision milled from 7075 aircraft grade aluminum.
For 104bcd it comes in 32T, 34T, 36T, 38T.
For T-Type Cranks available only at 34T...for now...

Our anodized coating is 40 microns thick and at a hardness level of 60HRC at the Rockwell scale. It gives our aluminum parts better resistance to wear, corrosion and of course the stealthy black look😎

Part 3 of the PRODUCTION TOUR:
The main event- CNC machining.
CNC milling removes small chunks of the raw material at a time to achieve a smooth surface quality and precise tolerances like no other.
We use a special combination of custom jigs and vacuum technology to ensure that our hangers and chainrings are as precise and repetitive as can be, every single part that leaves our factory is to the highest standard.
Our milling process preserves the natural grain of the material, which keeps it strong and durable for thousands of kilometres, While still being very light.
