התחלתי להתאמן בגיל 4 באומנויות לחימה קארטה, גי'או'יצו יפני וברזילאי, קרב מגע, איגרוף תיילאנדי ו MMA .
ובתור מאמן כבר מגיל 18 בכל האומנויות הלחימה ילדים מבוגרים מגיל 4 עד 100 ומעלה!
הייתי ביחידה מיוחדת של הצנחנים, מוסמך גם בתור מאמן קרב מגע ולוחמה בטרור ליחידות צבאיות ומשטרטיות מהצבא. English

I started

training in martial arts at the age of 4 karate, Japanese and Brazilian jiujitsu , "Krav Maga",Thai boxing and MMA . coach from the age of 18 in any martial arts for children From 4 years old till 100 and More

I was in a special unit of paratroopers, as well as a certified instructor of Krav Maga, counter-terrorism, military units and Police.

זה אף פעם לא נחמד שדורכים לך על הראש שכאתה על הרצפה !🤯.
אלא אם כן זה מה שאתה אוהב בזמן הפנוי שלך וגם זה בסדר גמור ...
בקצרה -
1) סגור עם האמות את איזור הפנים כמו שני סורגים חזקים!
2) שים את כפות הידיים על המצח ליצור התנגדות ולדאוג שארובות העיניים שלך ישארו תקינות.
3) תפנה את משקל הגוף שלך בדריכה עצמה לכיוון הרחוק מגוף התוקף, ככה שאתה בין הרגליים שלו .
4) תאגרף קלות את איזור האשכים עד מידת הכאב הרצויה !
*** תכלס מפה זה מספיק ולא צריך יותר כדי לקום! 😎 אבל בכל זאת למי שרוצה את הטכניקה המלאה, שמוודאת שכואב לו ואתה יכול ללכת הביתה בשלום, תמשיכו לקרוא.
5) להרים אגן גבוה ולפתוח אחת מהרגליים, להקיף את הרגל שלו עד איזור המותן ורגל שניה נכנסת בין הרגליים שלו.
6) מפילים את משקל הגוף לכיוון התוקף עם הרגליים עד שנופל לרצפה.
7) בין 3 ל 10 מכות עקב חזקות לכל מרכז הגוף והראש.
8) לקום, להתנקות, לראות שהכל איתך וללכת 💪
9) בואו לנסות בעצמכם!!!
10) קרב מגע אבולושן בנהריה כל יום חמישי ב 20:00, בתל אביב ביום שלישי ב 20:30 ☠️

in short -
1) Close with the forearms the facial area like two strong bars!
