Movement is number one - creating proper neurosystem and muscular movement patterns so we can all move as we were anatomically structure to do so. Technique is king and rules all. I have a strong background in team sports, olympic weightlifting and gymnastics. These have taught me the importance of treating imbalances, building baseline foundational strength and being able to use that strength thr
ough a proper range of motion (body weight or resistance training). The most important thing is to be connected to our bodies, listen to it and take care of it so we can unlock all the potential we were meant to reach.
