Lior Mayer - Running Coach Lior Mayer, formerly a member of the Israel National Athletics Team. Running is my biggest passion and I love to share it with others.

Certified athletics instructor by the Wingate Institute, certified track and field coach by the US Track and Field Association. Over 10 years of professional running experience and many more years of recreational running. I currently coach runners of all levels. If you haven't run in recent years or have just started running I can help you get hooked. If you have been running for a while and are already hooked I can help you get better.
