Gabi's Pilates and Yoga

Gabi's Pilates and Yoga For ages I have searched for the ultimate exercise class. I tried everything: zumba, kickboxing, bikram yoga, fitball, spinning, pilates and yoga.

Gabi Ladenheim, a certified Pilates, TRX, running And kickboxing instructor, works with her students to achieve overall health while focusing on their personal needs. Pilates was love at first sight, the exercises that worked on delicate muscle toning and flexibility, gave me a feeling of well being and strength. Pilates and Yoga were very hard for me for the first few months (even though it looks

easy), but after a while, I felt like I finally got it. It was a mixture of that feeling you get when your muscles are tired and aching, and a sense of happiness, as if you have just achieved something great! My friends and family kept asking if I lost weight, I hadn't lost a pound but my shape changed completely, I looked longer, leaner and more firm. After almost three years of practicing Pilates I felt I was good enough to go to an instructor’s course. I decided on Wingate, a worldwide famous institute founded in 1957 for physical health, known to have the most experienced teachers (It was awarded The Israel Prize for sport in 1989). Learning Pilates intensively was an amazing experience, but my real learning came from practice and teaching. I truly believe everyone can do Pilates at their own level. When I teach I like to focus on the students’ personal needs and wishes, strengthening weaker areas and helping release pain and tension. Summing up 33.
Thank god, got the best gift this year.
An extension to our family and a brother for Manu.

It is hard to think about anything else, even on my birthday🤷 other than the innocent people held captive by Hamas in torturous conditions in Gaza.
Especially knowing that Shiri Bibas, who was taken from her home with her 2 sweet baby boys, turned 33 just a few days ago.
It's hard not to relate.

The 7th of October put many things in perspective and definitely put priorities in order.

My birthday wish, is the same as all the other days.
That all our brothers and sister return home as quickly as possible including all the brave soldiers who put their lives on hold.

I hope someone answers our prayers 🙏

I'm not one for massive PDA but I'd like this to be here incase one day he might see it.

Manuel, your father and I decided to have you out of pure love and adoration for one another. Because of that love, we love you even more than you can imagine.

I won't say much except that you are one of kind. Anyone who has spent time with you can see it.
You don't really have time to waste on kisses and snuggles (physical touch not your love language?),
You're usually too busy putting your cars and trucks in outstanding order (A "parking lot").
Looking into your eyes it seems you are wise beyond your years.
You have the natural ability to do something most grownups I know still haven't been able to master:
You think before you act.
You are careful and thoughtful.
And although you are still a baby, you're not impulsive at all.

It's not always easy being a parent,
But you are truly a gift.
Thank you for choosing us.
