Did you know that exercises of joint mobility are just as important as strength, cardiovascular endurance or balance exercises?
Joint mobility has the function of improving the pattern of movement that we carry out both in daily activities and in the practice of sports, through simple movements such as crouching, pushing, jumping, among others.
Exercises that perform mobility (movement between joints) stimulates the production of synovial fluid that has the function of lubricating and assisting in the sliding of one joint over the other, reducing the chance of impact and degenerative processes and consequent pain. In winter these exercises are even more important.

Do you have any idea how important it is to have good foot support on the ground?

Firstly, their support is important, balancing with that of the heel, for our anteroposterior balance.
Second, we need to give function to the toes, as they are the end of our chain of muscles that comes from the pelvis. The big toe connects with the muscles on the inside of the leg and the fifth finger with the muscles on the outside. Thus balancing the musculature of the entire lower limb!
