The video visibility challenge wrapped up a few days ago and here's what happened-
Twenty five people signed up.
We had fifteen active participants from Ireland to Israel, England to Wales, and across to the USA.
They created video content across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Each came with their own visibility challenges.
By day five, those challenges had been overcome.
Charlie was already comfortable on camera but struggled with consistency. Even while traveling with packed meetings, he still created videos five days straight. His breakthrough wasn't about technical skills, it was about showing up even when life got messy.
Elyse needed to rebuild her video confidence. The structured prompts gave her the framework she was missing, while community support reminded her why she started creating content.
Malka came back for her second challenge because the first one worked so well. This time she focused on technical support around lighting, captions and planning the framework of her videos to get her message out more effectively.
Jane had been overthinking everything. The tech intimidated her, content planning overwhelmed her. By day five, she was making regular recordings and actually enjoying the process.
Tracey experienced something powerful, working with my individual guidance and feedback while learning from the group. The combination of personal support and community connection was transformative.
Judy started with zero tools, zero skills, zero on-camera experience, and even less confidence in her appearance. By Thursday, she found it so much easier to face her fear of the lens.
Shout out to Suzanne Shorten who was our LinkedIn star, consistently showing up and inspiring others with her authentic, confident presence.
It's not about creating perfect content. It's about getting comfortable being seen. The prompts build confidence progressively. You're never wondering what to say.
Most importantly, you're not doing it alone. Personal feedback on every video, daily encouragement, and a community stepping out of their comfort zones together.
By day five, the participants weren't making videos because I told them to. They were excited about the possibilities video could create for their businesses.
They could see themselves showing up consistently, connecting authentically, building trust faster than any text post ever could. One participant saw a 189.5%& increase in views on her FB content during the challenge.
That shift from fear to excitement, that's the real magic.
The next Video Visibility Challenge runs in January. While you're still debating whether to show your face, others are already building deeper connections with their audience and seeing real results.
