As your memorial and birthday pass once again, I feel your absence even more deeply. Yet the more I continue to work, refine, and live the teachings you passed on to me, the more I uncover their depth.

What you transmitted was not only technique, but culture, virtue, structure, and spirit.

Each year of practice reveals another layer, and another treasure. With every layer, my gratitude grows… as does my longing to stand before you once more.

I miss you more than words can express. Your legacy lives in my hands, in my students, and in the path I continue to walk.
