Never forget we always have choices and today when I am feeling extremely tired at 5pm i choose to drink my favorite green smoothie.
All you need is :
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 tsp h**p seeds
1 scoop of collagen powder
1 scoop of pea protein
1 cup of water
1 date
1 cup of spinach
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
It’s tempting to reach for a cup of coffee first thing in the morning as your energy source. Or grab a second, or third, cup of coffee when that 3 PM afternoon tiredness hits!
