How much weight, if any, have you gained this winter?
If you're trying to lose weight, it's worth keeping in mind that -
1. It takes time. Be patient, focus on changing eating habits, on the "process", not just the goal, and there's a higher chance you'll succeed at both losing the weight and at keeping it off.
2. Being physically active is obviously important. But as far as weight loss goes, it's about 80% nutrition and 20% exercise, so make sure to invest time and energy in the kitchen, not just the gym
3. You need to plan. What will you be having for dinner tomorrow? What about lunch? Do you have the ingredients at home? Plan, shop and prepare in advance and honestly, as long as you stick with it, you're already halfway there.
