Women’s Zoom kickboxing and core workout starts in one hour!

Here’s the info:
- Class is Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:20am
-40 minute class
-No equipment needed (aside from a mat or carpet)
-High impact, lots of cardio
-Strength building for your whole body with main focus on abs and core!
- Krav Maga skills and empowerment throughout!!
- 70 shek/per class once a week, 60 shek/per class twice a week.
