🚀 Last week I facilitated a 3-day workshop with the amazing team at PayEm! Within 3 days we understood the challenge, created over 90 ideas, and drew over 60 sketches to find solutions for their product, emphasizing the bill payment process for bookkeepers. The energy, creativity, and collaboration were amazing.

It is always satisfying to help teams tackle complex challenges and produce solutions as a team. I am looking forward to seeing the impact of the workshop on their product!

Last week I met the incredible team of Playtika and facilitated a 3-day for their flagship product - Slotomania - Slot Machines.
This was a successful Sprint (according to them as well), not only because they tackled the challenge and generated a great solution, but because of the way we went through to solve it!
The most crucial part of the Design Sprint is the preparations - to pick the right challenge, conduct research, gather the insights, define it well, and then start the ideation process.
