Tai Chi - Irith Hartman - Authentic Yang Style Authentic Yang Style Tai-Chi. My teachers are Grand Master Fu Sheng Yuan (5th generation, Perth), Master James Fu (6th generation, Shanghai).

I won prizes in International Wushu competitions. I lived more than a year in China studying with the Masters. I was fortunate to study Tai-Chi with leading Masters. Grand Master Fu Sheng Yuan -5th generation, Master Fu Qing Quan (James Fu) (6th generation) and Paul Brown, who is a disciple of GrandMaster Fu Sheng Yuan. I began studying with Grand Master Fu Sheng Yuan when I lived in Perth, Austra

lia in 1996. In 1999 I won 4th prize in an International Tai chi competition in Yong Nian, China, and in 2010 I won 1st prize gold medal in International Wushu Competition in Shanghai. I spend time in Shanghai, from a few weeks to few months every time, studying with Master James Fu, and his disciple Dragon, perfecting my long Form, sword form, and pushing hands as well as participating in advanced teachers courses in 2002, 2003, 2015, 2018, and 2019. I teach selected students in Haifa.

בימים טרופים אלו מה שעוזר לי לחזור לאיזון הפנימי שלי זה טאי צ׳י. נפתחת קבוצה למתחילים. ימי רביעי ב 8:30 בבוקר מחוץ לבית יד לבנים בחיפה.

נפתח קורס למתחילים בטאי צ׳י וצ׳י-קונג בימי רביעי ב 9:00-10:00. אלמד טאי צ׳י בסגנון יאנג אותנטי, כפי שלמדתי אותו ממורי, דור חמישי ושישי לשושלת יאנג, וכפי שאני מתרגלת אותו יותר מ 25 שנה.

בקרוב אפתח קורס למתחילים, מוזמנים להצטרף. ב 10 שיעורים נלמד טעימה של טאי צי - תבנית באורך 8. משם אפשר להמשיך לתבנית הארוכה באורך 85 תנועות - התבנית המקורית של טאי צ׳י בסגנון יאנג אותנטי. יחס אישי, לימוד חוויתי.
