Open Water Swimming Instruction in Bat Galim is back again🐠

I've been coaching here for many years and would love to have you join us.

🐟 Beginners Group -- Fridays 8:30-9:30
*You want to learn Freestyle and open water skills
🐟 Practice Group-- Fridays 7:30-8:30
*You want longer swims with technique coaching
🐟 Fearful Swimmers--
Fridays 9:45
*You want to learn skills to feel comfortable in the water and swim happily

** Private Instruction is available most mornings between 7-10

One day can make all the difference in water conditions! Top 3 things you can do when swimming in rough and choppy water.

1. Increase your stroke rate-----use a higher-wider-stroke recovery
( bye-bye high elbows)
2. More assertive hand entry. Leave the pretty for the pool.
3. Focus on your underwater technique.
