Based on what I've learned coaching and teaching over the last 40 years - I've been building an online Freestyle Swimming Course for the last months. Simplified- only the things I have seen work in a specific sequence. It's not a course just about "doing" it's a lot about "feeling" and creating connection with the water. It's not quite ready to launch yet but it's getting closer. If this sounds interesting to you I'd love to hear from you!
